Option 1: Keep coming to therapy at MouthWorks. If you are well, not in quarantine, and you are able. This will help you to keep some routine, keep making progress, and keep in your relationship with your therapist going.
Option 2: Mobile therapy. You therapist can come to you – in a park, your yard, in your home.
Option 3: Online therapy in our Virtual Therapy Centre. Video stream your therapist straight into your living room and practice your therapy tasks online.
Option 4: Telephone consultation + home programmes. Talk through the problem with your therapist and they will design a solution for you and email or post out a programme. They will meet with you over the phone to explain and adjust the programme as you work through it.
